The Geek Movement is based on socialogical issues such as Physical Abuse, Psychological Harassment, Sexual abuse, Emotional abuse, and Mass Neglect.

Etymology

The phrase Geek Movement comes from the attempt to name those who were labeled Geek, Nerd, or Dork. The Geek Movement during the Second-Wave had developed in the Card Game scene in the 2010.

Pre-Geek Movement?

In 1950's-1970's the slang terms nerd, dork, and geek started to gain popularity... 

During 1960's Marvel Comics created Spider Man the hero behind the mask was character Peter Parker who was a nerd when at school, but when crime had hit he was saving the world. 

First-Wave: Geek Movement

During the 1980's the idea of Nerd Pride begun when the movie Revenge of the Nerds had hit the big screen.

Second-Wave: Geek Movement

During the 2000's the idea of Geeks as a movement had gotten revived by the Eclipse Knights with new ideas of popular geek culture. Some of these involved cultures were Otaku, Akibakei, Shibuyakei, and the introduction of the new urban cultures Rinascimento and Tellus.
