Alchemist

 

Alchemists is the science of drinks and the changes in taste. Alchemy specializes in the composition, structure, and taste properties of consumable drinks.

Disciplines within alchemy are grouped by the type of ingredients being studied for creating, mixing, and experimenting. Alchemists can speciallize in types of alchohol, vegetables, herbs, dairy, fruits, spices etc. There are various studies of alchemy.

The name title originally comes from spagyric alchemists which were in search for an elixir over 2500 years ago. Notes about alchemy were recorded in the 16th century middle ages to the 20th century. Alchemy was in places like Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Inida, Persia, China, Japan, Korea, Classical Greco-Roman World, Medieval Islamic World, and Medieval Europe. Alchemists were most known for their search for the philosophers stone and a possible way to turn normal metals into gold.

The question of the etymology of the word alchemy is still open to research, however the modern use of the word for drink scientist was derived from Rinascimento. Controversy over the modern use of Alchemist comes from the idea the formal title of a Food Chemist.
